Friday Bits of Tid, May Day Edition

It's a beautiful day that the Lord hath made. Let us rejoice.

Tomorrow is May Day. Next Wednesday is Cinco de Mayo (and a good friends' birthday), but I doubt that too many will feel like celebrating for that reason (Mexico's independence, not my friends' b'day), especially in Arizona. I rather think they'd do a shot in favor of Arizona's new anti-illegal immigrant bill. I will.

I find it curious that an Arizona representative wants to boycott his own state, then literally runs away when questioned about his stance on drugs flowing into his district across the porous border. (h/t Michelle Malkin)

Also curious is the  president's view that you've made enough money. Really?

In anticipation of the upcoming festivities, Jim Beam is found drunk in public. (h/t Dave Barry)

This guy isn't Willy the Wimp, but I bet he's heard the song once or twice. (another h/t to Dave Barry)

You can run, but you cannot hide, regardless of your natural camouflage.

Iran is on the UN's Women's Rights Commission. That would be the same country that wants to arrest women for being tanned? Remember, there's no fun in islam. Vitamin D deficiencies, yes, but no fun.

Have a good weekend, y'all.
